The Goal

Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints, outlined in his classic piece of educational fiction, The Goal, is a great place to start if you don’t know where to start.

  1. Pick a Goal.
  2. Identify constraints between the current setting and your goal.
  3. Remove the biggest known constraints.
  4. Achieve Goal.
