Crichton’s Jurassic Park: Chapter 31 “Return” (Pages 221 – 223)

This is a short chapter where Crichton puts us in the shoes of those who have been sabotaged, but don’t yet know the situation they are in. The reader is ahead of the characters. Crichton has built tension by revealing the severity of the situation to the reader, and then having the reader follow the characters as they discover their predicament.
